1.By entering into this prize draw (“Promotion”) entrants will be deemed to have:
- accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; and
- consented to receive marketing emails from RB UK Commercial Ltd (“Promoter”) in relation to Scholl. Such consent may be withdrawn at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link provided by email.
2.The Promotion opens 21th January 2020 and closes at 23:59 UK time 16th February 2020 (the “Closing Date”). One (1) prize draw winner (the “Prize Winner”) will be selected at random after the Closing Date from all validly submitted entries.
3. You may only enter this Promotion if:
- you are subscribed to the Scholl newsletter; and
- you have made a purchase on scholl.co.uk using promotional code “WIN10” (promotional code “WIN10” gives £10 off a minimum spend of £30, please see https://www.scholl.co.uk/pages/terms-and-conditions for further details).
4. The following are examples of entries that will not constitute valid entry into the Promotion:
- entries on behalf of, or submitted jointly with, another person;
- entries received after the Closing Date;
- offensive or incomprehensible entries; and
- more than one entry per person.
The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are illegal, incomplete or otherwise invalid, and these entries will not be accepted.
5.The Promotion is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of the Promoter and Buyagift, their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone connected professionally with this Promotion.
6.Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age of the Prize Winner.
7.The Prize Winner will receive one (1) “...” Buyagift voucher to the value of f £199 (the “Prize”), redeemable on https://myvoucher.buyagift.co.uk/Account/MyVoucher (subject to the Buyagift T&Cs available here: https://www.buyagift.co.uk/terms). The Prize is valid for a maximum of ten months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated and the Prize Winner is free to book their preferred date for the chosen experience via the Buyagift website (www.buyagift.co.uk). The Prize Winner will receive the Prize only, and will not receive additional compensation including (without limitation) any travel expenses, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, tax or personal expenses. Any costs incurred in connection with the enjoyment of the Prize are the responsibility of the Prize Winner.
8.The Prize Winner will also be entitled to receive a complimentary “Scholl Footcare Gift Set”. The Prize Winner may opt out of receiving the “Scholl Footcare Gift Set” by notifying the Promoter.
9.Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a cash alternative equal to the equal of the Prize. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
10.The Prize Winner will be notified by email (in accordance with the contact details provided to the Promoter) within 7 days of the date of the prize draw and will be given full details of how to redeem the Prize. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any incorrect contact details provided by entrants to the Promotion.
11. While the Promoter endeavours to resolve any queries or disputes that arise in relation to the Promotion in good faith, the Promoter retains full discretion in all matters relating to the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend, or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
12.Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents and affiliates will not be responsible or liable to compensate the Prize Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of accepting or enjoying the Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or affiliates or that of their employees. The Promoter is in no way affiliated with Buyagift.co.uk and the Prize Winner interacts with Buyagift.co.uk at their own risk. Your statutory rights are not affected.
13.The Promoter is committed to protecting the data privacy rights of all entrants and the Prize Winner, in strict compliance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Promoter confirms that any personal data in connection with an entrant (and the Prize Winner) participating in the competition, will only be collected, saved or processed for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. 14.Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may invalidate an entry and/or result in a forfeiture of the Prize.
15.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that may arise in connection with them.
