1. By entering in to this prize draw (“Promotion”) entrants will have deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. By entering into this Promotion, entrants will have deemed to have consented to receive marketing emails from the Promoter in relation to Scholl. For clarity, such consent may be freely withdrawn at any time and entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
3. The Promotion opens 5th August 2019 and closes 30th August 2019. All prize draw entries received after the closing date are automatically disqualified.
4. One (1) prize draw winner will be selected at random (under independent supervision) from all qualifying submitted entries. Only one (1) prize per winner per household and entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
5. The Promotion is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of RB UK Commercial Ltd (“Promoter”) and Buyagift, their affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
6. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for entries which are illegal, incomplete or damaged and these entries will not be accepted.
7. Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age and identity of winners.
8. The prize winner will receive 1x Buyagift gift voucher to the value of £1,000, redeemable on www.buyagift.co.uk. The gift voucher is valid for a maximum of ten months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated and the recipient is free to book their preferred date for their chosen experience via the Buyagift website (www.buyagift.co.uk). The experiences in respect of which vouchers may be redeemed are subject to availability and in some cases, subject to weather conditions on the day. The prize does not include any travel expenses, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a cash alternative to the value equal to the prize OR substitute the prize with a prize of equal value. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. The winner will be notified by email according to the contact details supplied within 7 days of the date of the prize draw and will be given full details of how to redeem their prize.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to this Promotion and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
12. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails eud2c@rb.com or writes to the address set out in [CONDITION 21] (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within [one] month after the closing date of the prize drawer.
13. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at eud2c@rb.com In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend, or extend this promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. The Promoter is committed to protecting the data privacy rights of all entrants and the prize winner, in strict compliance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Promoter confirms that any personal data in connection with an entrant (and the prize winner) participating in the competition, will only be collected, saved or processed for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion. After the prize winner has been selected, the Promoter may request that the prize winner participates in publicity or promotional events (“Post Winning Publicity”) organised by the Promoter. For clarity, the Promoter shall only request the prize winner’s potential involvement in any Post Winning Publicity (including but not limited to announcing the details and identity of the prize winner) by (i) seeking the prize winner’s consent to do so only after the prize winner has been selected as a winner; and (ii) if the prize winner unconditionally, clearly and freely shares such consent with the Promoter to be involved in any Post Winning Publicity. For clarity, such consent may be freely withdrawn by the prize winner at any time.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to remove any offensive, incomprehensible or otherwise inappropriate entries.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any late, lost, incomplete, inappropriate or incomprehensible entries.
19. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may invalidate an entry and/or result in a forfeit of the prize.
20. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
